Oils + Intimacy

Recently, my friend, Lauren, and I hosted an Oils + Intimacy event online.  We’re sharing the video below so that there is a centralized place to access this information!  There is also a FREE Oils + Intimacy eBook you can download after the video, filled with recipes for the bedroom, oil information, tips, and more!

BUT FIRST…

Before we get to the video, I wanted to talk a little about the WHY behind this event.  One of my favorite things is facilitating healthy conversations around things that matter in a way that inspires and encourages women forward.  I know that this topic can sometimes feel a little embarrassing or taboo to talk about, but sexual health is a natural and very important part of our lives and relationships!  

Over the years, it has been so rewarding for us to have these conversations with women, to offer support, and to hear testimonials about how oils have helped enhance relationships, libidos, and self esteem.  Our goal for making this video was to keep this important conversation going and provide you with valuable information about the benefits of oil and intimacy!

Did you know that for every 100 hours of exposure to sex via media, people will spend 1-second learning about sex in it’s original design?  Let’s normalize talking about it! 

TOPICS WE COVER

In the class recording, we discuss the benefits of sex, address ways to support your libido, decrease toxins in the bedroom, and encourage connection through the use of essential oils.  Ultimately at the heart of this event is our passion for couples to fight for their marriages… and have a little fun while doing so!!   Marriage is a gift.  Intimacy is a gift… Prioritize each other and you will thrive!
